Of course, my website tells you all kinds of things about me as a professional and my therapy practice, but I am also a person! I have a twin sister and no, we are not identical. I have two sons who are young adults. Family is the most important thing to me! My friends are also precious to me. I love to hike, workout, water ski, snow ski and especially to line dance! I love all music but especially country music. I love to rehab furniture, to paint (especially walls) and to do all kinds of crafts.

I am actively involved with some amazing organizations:
My Westlake Village therapy office is a private, safe and peaceful place in which to learn about yourself and to grow. I want you to feel comfortable and at home!
While you wait for your loved one, enjoy listening to some relaxing music. Feel free to use our Wi-Fi. My hope is for my Westlake Village therapy office to be a serene place for all who visit!

Throughout my career as a Marriage, Family, Child Therapist, I have offered my services at hospitals and residential treatment centers.
I was an integral part of the treatment team at Visions Adolescent Treatment Center, Malibu from 2007 – 2017. At Visions, I ran several groups including multi-family, parent education and eating disorder education. I also treated eating disordered clients, adopted individuals and their families.
In 2018, I began consulting for both Milestones Ranch and Avalon treatment centers. Of course, I continued to assist individuals in my areas of expertise and passion.
Currently I am dedicating my complete attention to my clients in private practice, both online and in my Westlake Village office.
I would love to connect with you. Reach out today to schedule a consultation and begin your journey toward healing and growth.
